Absolutely. All potential buyers sign an NDA before accessing any details about your business. Your business identity is never revealed without your explicit approval at every stage of the process.

You stay focused on running the business. We run the deal. After intake we build the materials, position the asset, take it to our buyer network, and manage the competitive process end to end. Your time goes into a handful of qualified buyer calls and the decisions only you can make. Everything before that - the outreach, the filtering, the chasing, the back-and-forth - sits with us. You never field a tire-kicker.

We work on a success-fee model, meaning we only get paid when your deal closes. There are no upfront listing fees or retainers. Our fee is a percentage of the final sale price, agreed upon before we begin.
